Keeping you motivated

Your Stop4Life advisor will support you between appointments by sending you supportive text messages, offering telephone support and online advice via our Stop4Life forums and chat groups. At each appointment we will work with you to anticipate any difficulties you may come up against and how best to beat these. If you use social networks like FaceBook and Twitter, you can connect and get regular updates and support through these accounts.

We know that doing things together helps people to stay focused, stay motivated and stay on track, so Stop4Life uses puffell.com. Puffell's simple tools allow people to set goals, track progress and support one another on their stop smoking journey. You'll have free access to an online diary where you can manage all of your appointments, key milestones and any social events you have planned, and your Stop4Life advisor will be there every step of the way to help set goals and track your progress. Your Stop4Life advisor will keep in touch with you via the Exchange (the space to connect, share and celebrate with friends, family and groups within your community) and send you messages to support, motivate and encourage you on your journey.

Stop Smoking Medications

The first few weeks without smoking can be the hardest. This is when your body is fighting the physical addiction.
